He has participated in several issuances of equity development certificates (CKD´s) and investment projects certificates (CERPI´s), of private equity funds since 2009, including among others, the first CKD of a private equity fund in 2009, the first CKD for a Fund of Funds and the first through capital calls mechanism and the first CKD for a venture capital fund, both in 2012. Likewise, he has experience on the management of corporate matters of CKD´s issuance trusts.

He has been involved in the public offering of structured notes. Additionally, he has participated in programs for the issuance of stock exchange certificates of financial leasing and automotive financing companies, which object was securitization of receivables. Likewise, he has advised rating agencies in securitization of receivables.

He participated in the creation of a Hedge Fund in Ontario, Canada; as well as incorporating vehicles for private equity funds in Ontario and Alberta, Canada, as well as through transparent trusts for tax purposes incorporated in Mexico.

He has represented and assist private equity funds on transactions to carry out mergers and acquisitions of national and foreign companies, including the process of due diligence, negotiation on legal terms and conditions, and closing of such transactions.

He has experience advising on regulatory matters multiple object financial companies and popular financial companies.

Attorney at law, he obtained his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2009.
