She has experience in comprehensive legal counsel in structuring and issuance of financial instruments, private equity, the securities market and debt issuances, carrying out various procedures before the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) related to trusts
issuing these instruments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards. She also has significant prior experience in the notarial field.
