Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and has a Specialization in Financial Law from UNAM, based on his thesis titled “Analysis of the Incorporation of Hedge Funds into National Regulation.” Additionally, Eric has completed the accredited Investment Advisor course at the Mexican Stock Exchange School and the “Financial Markets” course at Yale University.

Eric specializes in Securities and Financial Law, with a distinct focus on the Capital Markets and Private Equity sectors. With a solid track record at the firm since 2020, Eric is a Senior Associate, where he has established his practice advising issuers and various securities market participants. He has played a key role in the design and execution of complex structures, particularly in development investment trusts (CKDs), investment projects (CERPIs), and real estate investment trusts (FIBRAs), securitizations, as well as private investment trusts.

His expertise includes advising and consulting on licensing and regulatory compliance in the securities market, financial services, and retirement savings systems (AFORES) before financial authorities, as well as providing strategic guidance on the establishment of investment funds and investment advisors.
