He has participated in advising clients on permanent complex issues.
He also has helped with the implementation of diverse financial and data privacy regulations by national and international banks.
Additionally, has extensive experience litigating, lobbying and attending diverse procedures and trials with all kinds of local and federal authorities in Mexico.
He is now participating in advising private funds and financial institutions in the issuances of equity development certificates (CKDs), investment projects certificates (CERPIs) and other fiduciary certificates.
Nathan obtained his law degree at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and further courses and diplomats in Contract law, Corporate law and Finance.
