She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana. In her current role at Basila Abogados, she participates in capital call processes of CKDs and CERPIS, as well as in capital markets, specifically in the structuring and establishment of private and public funds for the issuance of various financial instruments.

Additionally, she works in corporate law matters, focusing on the incorporation of commercial companies, corporate acts, the structuring of corporate governance, and providing advice on foreign investment for capital stock.
