She has participated in the execution of public issuances, in the structuring of corporate acts and in the follow-up of clients in order to comply with regulatory processes. She has also collaborated on due diligence projects and in the optimization of operational processes in the financial sector.

Her work experience also includes legal research focused on legislative updates, publication of legal alerts, management of procedures before public institutions and risk analysis of company affiliation.
